About Edocate
The patient got more complicated. The evidence got harder to reach.
The patients arriving in clinic today are older than the ones the guidelines were written for, and they rarely arrive with one condition. Three, four, five chronic diseases at once, each with its own guideline, its own evidence base, and its own drug interactions. The right answer for the kidney is often the wrong answer for the heart.
No clinician can hold all of that. And no slide deck, congress talk or post-test will change what they do at eight o'clock on a Tuesday morning with eleven minutes for the appointment.
Edocate was founded seven years ago on a straightforward conviction: clinicians change their practice by making decisions and living with the consequences, not by being told. So we build the decision. A realistic patient, the pressure of an actual choice, and the exact evidence delivered at the moment it matters, in two or three lines they will read.
What we are building
Evidence, at the point of decision
Not a library to search later. The guideline, the trial, the safety signal, surfaced in the second the clinician commits to an answer.
Practice you can measure
Every decision captured and compared, so impact is evidenced at the level of behavior rather than estimated from recall.
Built for the patient who has five diagnoses
Cases modeled on real complexity, where the comorbidities, the interactions and the patient's own life all bear on the right answer.
One case, every channel
The same clinical experience works on a portal, in a symposium, at a congress booth and in a field conversation, so the science stays consistent wherever it is delivered.
